Is it free to list my space?

Yes — listing your space is completely free. Keepsakeit takes a small platform fee only when a booking is completed and funds are released. There are no setup fees, no monthly charges, and no obligation to accept any booking you’re not comfortable with.

What spaces can I list?

You can list almost any safe, dry, accessible space — garages, spare rooms, garden sheds, basements, attics, driveways, or commercial storage. The key requirements are that the space is clean, secure, and accurately represented in your listing photos.

How do I get paid?

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. When your renter confirms their move-in, funds are released from escrow directly to your nominated bank account. Payouts typically appear within 2–5 business days depending on your bank.

What if I want to end a booking early?

Your storage agreement sets out the notice period agreed upon with your renter. Many hosts offer 30-day notice periods. If there’s a genuine issue, Keepsakeit’s support team can help mediate and find a fair resolution for both parties.

Can I set access rules and restrictions?

Absolutely. You have full control over access hours, what types of items you’ll accept, whether access is scheduled or 24/7, and any other house rules. All of this is agreed upon in writing through the storage agreement before move-in.
